Pickup at the city location was quick; the staff member was efficient. The car itself was a newer model and very clean. Had no problems driving it. Drop-off was also simple, just left the keys. My only small point was that the GPS Navigation System I added seemed a bit outdated compared to my phone, but it still got the job done. Overall, a good experience for a week-long rental.
